Shadowing and Exchanges
Through our wide international network we can offer outstanding professional development experiences from undertaking work shadowing (usually for two or three weeks) or longer-term exchanges. Work shadowing involves working alongside a colleague and then hosting them back in your own school for a reciprocal experience. You can experience challenges and learn from ministries, schools, educators and local business across the world. Those who take part very often make long-term international professional relationships, to the considerable benefit of their school – and themselves.

- Region: English speaking countries and Scandinavia
- Available: From January 2011, all year
- Cost: As participants usually stay in each others’ homes, the main cost is the flight, plus a management fee (usually £400 to £500)
